We are delighted by this recognition and the trust placed in his expertise in litigation.<\/p>\n<p>The PMAC is an integral part of the UPC, operating independently in its activities, with seats in Ljubljana and Lisbon. It offers alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures, in particular arbitration, mediation and expert determination in patent disputes.
