Matthias Grob Appointed Expert at the PMAC

PAVANT partner Dr Matthias Grob has been added to the list of arbitrators and mediators of the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC) of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) as of 1 June 2026. We are delighted by this recognition and the trust placed in his expertise in litigation.

The PMAC is an integral part of the UPC, operating independently in its activities, with seats in Ljubljana and Lisbon. It offers alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures, in particular arbitration, mediation and expert determination in patent disputes. The PMAC addresses the growing importance of flexible and efficient means of dispute resolution.
